PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
- Clean, sanitize, and thoroughly stock resort restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Maintain the functionality of washers and dryers by cleaning surfaces and removing lint buildup regularly.
- Ensure pristine cleanliness of all floors through sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and periodic waxing and buffing.
- Keep windows, screens, and window ledges spotless and in proper working order.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all offices, promptly emptying trash containers as necessary.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Promptly report any unsafe or hazardous conditions, incidents, accidents, or equipment defects to the resort manager or maintenance supervisor.
- Undertake any other duties or special projects as assigned by management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be hardworking, reliable and focused on providing exceptional customer service
- Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience cleaning homes or other large facilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work
- Knowledge of safety measures required when using various cleaning chemicals
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Constantly Stand, Walk, and use hands
- Lifting Requirements: Up to 25 lbs.
