Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Ambassador to support our dynamic, high-volume recruitment efforts. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the full-cycle hiring process- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles across our organization. You’ll also provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR Generalist, gaining hands-on experience in multiple areas of human resources.

This position is 100% on-site/in-office.
Performance Objectives:
Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Utilize various channels and methods to source and recruit qualified candidates efficiently. Track the time-to-hire metric to ensure timely recruitment processes.
- Implement thorough screening processes to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Perform 50 phone screenings per week to maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Facilitate the scheduling of interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
- Proactively build a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the company's culture, values, and benefits to prospective candidates.
- Establish and nurture relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to expand the talent network.
- Ensure the completion of comprehensive background checks for new hires to maintain the integrity of the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Create and optimize compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Build rapport with new hires by participating in the new hire orientations and performing 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day check-ins.
- Log jobs on the job requisition log and staffing roster
- File job requisition forms within 24 hours of when they are submitted.
- Job Ads should be posted within 24 hours of receiving request or learning of a resignation.
- Ensure each job has a job requisition form completed and done so correctly.
- All duties and responsibilities are essential functions and requirements and are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
HR Administration
- Ensure accuracy in maintaining employee records in compliance with company policy and labor regulations.
- Process all new hire documentation within 48 hours of hire date, ensuring complete and accurate onboarding files.
- Support HR reporting and audits by maintaining up-to-date personnel files and assisting in internal audits as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information and escalate concerns appropriately 100% of the time.
- Assist with employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters.
- Other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Key Competencies:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles is required. Ideally, candidates should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk while using a computer.
- Regular use of a computer and phone for communication and documentation.
- Occasional travel may be required for attending events or conducting recruitment activities.
