Job Description:
Roberts Wealth Management is seeking a warm, professional, and organized Director of First Impressions to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our office, ensuring clients receive the exceptional experience they deserve. This is a dynamic position requiring excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing client support.
- Attend two dinner seminars per week and ensure seamless client interactions during these events.
- Assist with two Saturday seminars per month from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM to support clients and team members.
- Drive to seminar locations as needed (local travel required for evening and weekend events).
- Bake and serve our signature “best cookies in town” for the office and seminars, adding a personal touch to the client experience.
- Provide excellent communication with clients and internal teams to maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications:
- A genuine love for helping people and creating a welcoming environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work evening hours for seminars and two Saturdays per month as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive to seminar locations.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or hospitality is a plus.
