Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee our equipment service department. Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians to enhance their skills in equipment diagnostics, maintenance and repair.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication regarding customer needs and service recommendations.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies needed for service operations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including transmitting reports to management as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the service department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in equipment management or a similar role within the equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
