Role Description
The Corporate Accounting Manager will be a leader of the Corporate Accounting team and report to the Assistant Controller. This position will help drive the global accounting team and be primarily responsible for US Corporate Operations. In addition, this person will have a key role supporting the Assistant Controller on global consolidations and improvement activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes and reporting for US Corporate Operations.
- Manage 1 corporate staff and assist the Assistant Controller with coordinating with multiple accounting functions and operations such as corporate, treasury, plant operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax groups.
- Assist in the consolidation of global financials from 15 countries including direct involvement with global logistics and leading the corporate group.
- Provide regular feedback and development with C-Suite team and Corporate Controller on accounting and finance activities and results.
- Ensure integration of data produced into systems, assist with system administration, and support objectives of financial analysis.
- Develop and direct accounting professionals and support staff including managing 1 corporate staff position.
- Be a co-leader in evaluating accounting processes and systems and implement optimizations including on corporate finance and analysis activities.
- Lead or assist in annual audits and special projects.

The salary range for this position is $126,000 to $139,900 cash incentives. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the current Benefits include : Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans, 401k Match, PTO & Paid Holiday Schedule, Legal and Life Insurance, Tuition Assistance.
