Role Description
The Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Robertshaw marketing team responsible for supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role requires a highly organized and creative individual with strong communication and project management skills. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management), and an external marketing agency to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
Campaign Support
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product Management) to create and implement campaign elements (e.g., email campaigns, social media posts, website updates).
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (e.g., website traffic, leads generated, social media engagement), and provide data-driven insights to the Marketing Manager for optimization.

Qualifications
The salary range for this position is $74,100 to $81,900. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
