Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join our team in Mt Laurel, New Jersey or Ft Washington PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creditors’ rights and foreclosure law, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent creditors in foreclosure litigation cases, including court appearances, motions, and trials.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding foreclosure and creditors’ rights matters.
Negotiate settlements and work towards favorable resolutions for clients.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
Stay current with changes in foreclosure and creditors’ rights laws and regulations.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the PA State Bar.

Minimum of 0-4 years of experience in foreclosure litigation and creditors’ rights preferred

Strong knowledge of PA foreclosure and creditors’ rights laws and procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
