Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to assist our attorneys in managing foreclosure cases from inception to resolution. Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and file foreclosure documents, including complaints, motions, and affidavits.
- Conduct title searches and review title reports.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and court appearances.
- Maintain and update case management systems.
- Perform legal research as needed.
