A full-service, creditor's rights law firm with a national bankruptcy practice is seeking an Associate Bankruptcy Attorney to join its growing practice. We are open to training the right team-oriented candidate, even with minimal experience. License to practice law in New Jersey required.

- Reviewing and resolving routine bankruptcy matters
- Attending hearings (virtual or in person depending on location) as necessary
- Responding to general bankruptcy inquiries
- Monitoring electronic filings (ECFs) in bankruptcy cases
- Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel, and/or the Court
- Knowledge of bankruptcy rules/laws and general Creditor Rights laws ( preferred, not required )
- Computer Literacy Professionalism
- Keyboard Skills Attention to detail
- Time Management Communication Skills
- Law degree – JD
- Barred in New Jersey
- Admitted to Bankruptcy Courts in New Jersey ( preferred, not required )
