Attorney

Prestigious creditor rights law firm is seeking a Maryland licensed attorney with 1-5 years of experience practicing in the area of real estate, foreclosure and/or creditors’ rights law for mid to high level attorney position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detailed review of documentation related to foreclosures to ensure compliance with state and federal law
• Communicate with client and courts in a timely and professional manner
• Attend court status hearings, mediations and litigation
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients’ timelines and expectations
• Review all documents related to the foreclosure process
  
  

Ideal candidate must demonstrate/possess:

• Have the mentality that we, all firm employees, support each other so that we can solve our clients’ problems
• High level of motivation with ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and be a team player
• The ability to take changes as a positive and work towards constant process improvement
• Bar in Maryland required, additional bar license in Virginia a plus
  
  

Education:

• Juris Doctorate, Maryland License Required
