Specific Job Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, and to prioritize that work appropriately
- Assisting attorneys in reviewing and preparing litigation pleadings and related documents
- Assist in preparing attorneys and witnesses for hearings, trials, depositions and other complex litigation
- Communicate with the courts, clients and opposing counsel
- Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients’ timelines and expectations
- Ensure all internal systems are updated, to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
- Exercise a high-degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal bankruptcy, foreclosure and collections requirements (as applicable)
