Title Position : Reinstatement Specialist
Location preference : Westbury, NY Fairfield, NJ or Boca Raton, FL (IN OFFICE ONLY) No remote or hybrid option
Salary range : $18-$20
The Reinstatement Specialist position will provide our new hire with a uniquely experiential opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day bustle of a prestigious legal group's Finance & Accounting Department.

- Handle high call volumes from borrowers, title companies, and opposing counsels with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor team mailbox and swiftly process reinstatement and payoff requests in various client systems
- Update all client and internal systems meticulously to include actions taken and correspondence
- Breakdown and analyze client figures; calculate and prepare accurate reinstatement and payoff letters
- Collaborate on special projects assigned by management, contributing innovative ideas and solutions
