Prestigious creditor rights law firm is seeking a Maryland licensed attorneys with 0-5 years of experience practicing in the area of real estate, foreclosure and/or creditors’ rights law for entry to mid-level attorney positions. Ideal candidate would be available for in-office assignment in our Hunt Valley, MD office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed review of documentation related to MD foreclosures to ensure compliance with state and federal law
- Communicate with client and courts in a timely and professional manner
- Attend court status hearings, mediations and litigation
- Manage portfolio of title curative and litigation matters related to VA foreclosures and other default related issues.
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients’ timelines and expectations
- Day to day handling of the Virginia foreclosure pre-sale, post-sale and accounting processes
Ideal candidate must demonstrate/possess:

. Bar in Maryland required or in process of receiving; additional Virginia licensure a plus.
Education:
. Juris Doctorate, Maryland Law License Required

Salary: $50,000 - $85,000; commensurate with experience
