Universal Banker

Robertson Banking Company is looking for an energetic, professional individual to work as a Universal Banker. The job responsibilities include processing deposit related transactions as well as opening new accounts. Candidates must possess strong inter-personal skills as well as computer proficiency. Previous banking experience is preferred but not required.

A Universal Banker is responsible for meeting customer needs by interviewing potential and existing customers desiring to open accounts while providing excellent customer service. This role must also be able to service customers through performing teller activities. The Universal Banker is trained and equipped to handle a wide range of tasks related to banking and can manage financial customer requests from beginning to end.

· Answer customers’ questions and explain available services for personal and business accounts while providing excellent customer service.

· Open new accounts for new customers and prepare new account paperwork, applications, and request required identification.

· Proficiently perform routine, basic, and complex transactions and tasks including but not limited to:

o Accept deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing

o Maintain proper cash levels and keep cash secure at all times as well as accurately balance cash drawer, vault, and ATM

o Basic account maintenance

· Identify the needs of new and existing customers and offer appropriate products and/or services.

· Ensure operational integrity through compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.

· Assist with other duties that may be necessary and/or requested to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
