SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Securities' Municipal Operations Desk offers a unique opportunity to train in end-to-end processes while working to support the full lifecycle of municipal secondary trading. The position requires thorough attention to detail, risk management awareness and understanding the needs of clients and internal business partners. Areas of responsibilities include trade allocation, identifying and resolving trade activity through a third-party custodian, researching and resolving trade breaks and fails, managing incoming/outgoing funds for Municipal Desk activities, Invoicing for syndicate business. You will build strong relationships and work collaboratively within Global Operations and Business Services teams including settlements, new accounts, reference data and change delivery to support expanding Fixed Income business.
