Pay Rate: Starting from $65 per hour
Location: Mount Laurel Township, NJ
Location Type: Hybrid: onsite 2 days a week – Tuesday and Thursday preferred
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Lead technology application inherent risk and control gap assessments for an application portfolio(s)
- Articulate and document control exceptions according to quality expectations
- Meet with key partners to ensure creation, updates, and execution of remediation or request exception plans
- Host ongoing meetings with issue owners and applicable stakeholders for risk treatment management of the portfolios
- Perform initial quality reviews of all risk treatment artifacts submitted ensuring alignment to quality guidance
- Submit all risk treatment artifacts for applicable reviews and approvals
- Maintain applicable reporting demonstrating successful risk management (avoidance of items being on non-actioned/overdue list) of the portfolio(s)
- Ensure full compliance to all quality guidelines and processes through the assessment and treatment processes in GRC Archer and associated tooling
- Participate in additional team tasks related to overall risk mgt reporting, presentation creation, presenting material, and leading discussions with various levels if Technology Specialists, Issue Owners, and Sr Managers
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes and sound infrastructure and in alignment with risk appetite
- Participate in business specific, cross-functional, enterprise initiatives as assigned, helping to identify risk / provide guidance
- May develop, provide, contribute to complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level
- Contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities for improvement
- Influence behavior to reduce risk and foster a strong technology risk management culture throughout the enterprise
- Advanced knowledge of one or more technology control security domains, disciplines and practices
- Advanced knowledge of technology control security risk issues
- Acts as primary resource and subject matter expert on bank’s Technology Risk Assessment and Risk Treatment processes
- Will report to a Global Risk and Compliance Senior Manager, however, will take day to day operational direction from the Sr BISO aligned to the portfolio(s) and will require partnership with the aligned Technology and Business partners to manage the Risk Assessment and Risk Treatment portion of the services we provide.
- Background in Technology Risk Management and/or Compliance type role
- Ability to identity gaps in technology controls
- Ability to consult and support others through gaps risk remediation or risk acceptance process
- Assessment - conducting risk assessments
- Managing a portfolio of application risk assessments whether BAU, Project, ad hoc, or other
- Act as primary consultant from BISO org to guide technology and business teams through technology risk mgt processes
