What you will achieve in this role :
- Drive the acquisition of new clients to enhance the bank's visibility and reach, collaborating with international banking teams to promote financial products.
- Foster and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Develop bespoke financing solutions like syndicated, structured, and bilateral loans, aimed at subsidiaries of major industry players.
- Work closely with product teams and deal specialists to formulate personalized financial plans, support credit application processes, conduct annual performance reviews, and participate in budgeting activities.
- Partner with the Risk Management department to jointly develop and evaluate credit applications and strategic business plans.
- Coordinate with the Loan Documentation and Legal departments to ensure the seamless execution of financial agreements and credit approvals.
- Undertake thorough due diligence of existing portfolios to assess financial health, verify guarantor stability, and identify risks in fluctuating market conditions.
- Manage distressed assets, negotiating with co-lenders and borrowers to focus on effective restructuring and repayment solutions.
- Monitor critical dates, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with loan portfolio requirements.
