Kitchen and Bath Showroom Sales Assistant

Description

Robertson's is an 90 year old plumbing, heating, and kitchen wholesale company with 39 branch locations and 7 kitchen and bath showrooms in 5 states. We are looking for a full or part time showroom assistant who has the drive to compete in a strong & competitive market.

Expected duties include:
-Speak intelligently in regards to kitchen & bathroom products

-Provide customers with all relevant product information, including product specifications, pricing, and availability

-Process sales orders, purchase orders, and returns accurately and efficiently

-Design & provide project layouts that are both dimensionally correct as well as practical and logical for installation

-Enjoy working with people & cultivating relationships
-Ability to present products within an showroom atmosphere
-Willing to cover the showroom when needed & on a set number of Saturdays

Qualifications

Requirements
-Passion for customer service
-Ability to handle multiple jobs & projects simultaneously
-Superior verbal & written communication skills

-20/20 or equivalent CAD design program knowledge & experience is preferred

-Experience in kitchen & bath/builder-remodeler industry is a plus
-21 years of age, pass a background & drug test
