What We're Looking For : We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our ranks and make an indelible mark on our growth journey. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be on the front line of our orthopedic market expansion efforts. You'll be tasked with identifying and penetrating new markets, building lasting relationships with healthcare providers, and driving revenue growth that sets new industry benchmarks.

What You'll Do :

  • Hunt for Opportunities : Channel your inner predator to seek out and target new business opportunities within your designated territory (Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin). You'll be responsible for creating a robust pipeline of potential clients and relentlessly pursuing leads.
  • Strategize and Execute : Develop and execute strategic sales plans that showcase your ability to outmaneuver competitors, capture market share, and exceed sales targets. Your keen insights and thoughtful approach will be your secret weapons.
  • Cultivate Relationships : Establish and nurture strong relationships with medical professionals, practice managers, and decision-makers. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be instrumental in building trust and rapport.
  • Be a Consultative Partner : Understand each medical practice's unique challenges and needs and tailor our solutions to meet their objectives. Your ability to provide consultative guidance will position you as a trusted advisor.

  • Industry Acumen : While prior experience in durable medical equipment (DME) and orthopedic sales (MIS) is beneficial, a strong background in "hunter-style" sales is essential. An understanding of the healthcare insurance market will flatten the learning curve.
