We are hiring a highly driven Territory Manager who preferably has a proven track record in dental sales but may only have a clinical background and strong potential for outside sales.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, consultative business professional who thrives in a competitive environment, excels in relationship-building, and understands restorative and surgical implant dentistry.
This role focuses on driving sales growth, building relationships, and providing continuing education on cutting-edge dental implant solutions to surgical specialists, general practitioners, and dental labs in the Greater Boston area .
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve or exceed sales targets with existing and new accounts.
Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive market penetration and brand awareness.
Educate and train dental professionals on implant solutions, surgical techniques, and full-arch restorations.
Act as a trusted consultant, providing clinical and technical support to ensure the successful adoption of our products.
Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dental specialists, and industry professionals to increase referrals and drive business growth.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and continuing education events to promote brand awareness and establish industry connections.
Achieve or exceed sales targets with existing and new accounts.
Requirements
EDUCATION & TRAINING
We value formal post-secondary education, but your work experience, accomplishments, intelligence and personality are more important to be successful at this career opportunity.
WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industries.
Understanding implant dentistry, surgical techniques, and restorative workflows will flatten the learning curve.
We will also consider dental clinicians with hands-on clinical experience, a strong aptitude for sales, and high motivation to transition to a rewarding sales career.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and exceeding sales quotas are ideal.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a high-potential territory.
The ability to translate clinical knowledge into effective sales strategies and customer education.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required to be successful.
A mindset and approach similar to that of a military veteran, varsity or professional athlete : driven, competitive, coachable, focused on continuous improvement, and a strong team player.
A working knowledge of / natural ability to learn digital sales tools.
OTHER
Flexible hours will be necessary to meet customer needs and attend industry events.
A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is required.
