Job Description
We are hiring a highly driven Territory Manager who preferably has a proven track record in dental sales but may only have a clinical background and strong potential for outside sales.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, consultative business professional who thrives in a competitive environment, excels in relationship-building, and understands restorative and surgical implant dentistry.
This role focuses on driving sales growth, building relationships, and providing continuing education on cutting-edge dental implant solutions to surgical specialists, general practitioners, and dental labs in the Chicagoland area .
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve or exceed sales targets with existing and new accounts.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive market penetration and brand awareness.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets with existing and new accounts.
- Educate and train dental professionals on implant solutions, surgical techniques, and full-arch restorations.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets with existing and new accounts.
- Act as a trusted consultant, providing clinical and technical support to ensure the successful adoption of our products.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets with existing and new accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dental specialists, and industry professionals to increase referrals and drive business growth.
