Role Description
We’re looking for a Bilingual Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis. If you’re someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a busy legal team, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be working closely with our paralegals to keep things running smoothly, ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with Incoming Mail : Help manage and sort incoming mail, ensuring important documents reach the right person in a timely manner.
- File Organization : Maintain an organized filing system by returning files to their correct places in the cabinets after use.
- Client Intake Follow-Up : Reach out to clients to collect any missing information they might not have completed on their intake questionnaires.
- Assist with Office Organization : Help paralegals stay organized by maintaining their office space and ensuring everything is in order.
- Audit Files & Document Requests : Assist paralegals in auditing client files for missing documents, and then follow up with clients to gather the necessary paperwork.
