What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Insurance Account Manager position at Robertson Insurance Group?
We are looking for a highly competent Account Manager that has lots of knowledge in medium to mid-market commercial insurance and risk management. The ideal candidate would be able to help market, make application and bind commercial insurance policies.
We have quite a few mid market clients and consultation of risk and risk management is a huge skillset to have. Organization is fundamental and software and a good tech stack is available to assist.

We're at work for sometimes longer than we are at home with our families. We have to have fun, but we also have to take care of business. We are a casual agency and love to have fun on and off the job. Attire is casual, we want you to be comfortable at work. The agency goes out to lunch every Friday together as a "thank you for your hard work".
I know this is rare, but the agency owner is usually here longer and for more hours than the staff. No absentee agency owner here.
Our clients are a top priority and serving them is what keeps our business afloat. Without them, we don't feed our families. But lets have fun while doing our best. We're a bit like a mullet, business in the front and party in the back!
Job Duties/Skills:
Great Phone Skills and customer service(make them love to call our office)
ACORD Forms
Obtain Loss Runs
CRM/AMS utilization(Agency Zoom and Hawksoft)
Compensation:
Hourly plus Commission, PTO and Vacation days are available.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
