Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (During peak season, the required hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-6:30pm. Please ensure you can work those hours before applying).

Essential Functions
- Utilize an RF device to accurately pick and prepare orders for packing and shipping.
- Efficiently manage tasks such as signing into devices, finding batch numbers, and ensuring correct product and quantity.
- Maintain organization of the work area, ensuring a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Conduct Quality Control checks and manage inventory supplies as needed.
- Reliable attendance is critical, as this role cannot be performed remotely.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year of warehouse order picking required.
- Skills: Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Essential Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with using computer (RF) devices and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Professional and positive attitude with a commitment to personal and company growth.
Physical Demands
- Role primarily in a warehouse environment, involving lifting (up to 50 Lbs), standing (90% of time), and occasional forklift operation (10% of time).
