Commercial Lines Account Manager:
As an Account Manager in Commercial Lines, you will have the primary responsibility of managing customers' service needs. Provide proactive day to day client service by responding to client inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Create new and renewal proposals for prospects and clients. Serving as the customer’s sounding board, and liaison for insurance needs, you will help prepare, deliver, and maintain their custom insurance programs.
- This is a hybrid position for our Green Bay, WI location.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client service. Respond timely to client service requests as well as identify problems and develop strategic solutions.
- Manage communications for new business quotes, renewals, policy changes, audits and billing.
- Understand complex exposures including specialty product lines.
- Prepare applications, proposals and related items for existing and new business.
- Organize and prioritize workflows for assigned book(s) of business.
- Provide expert professional support to our Agent Owners and help grow and retain business.
- Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes; inform and educate clients about coverage’s, exclusions, exposures, and audits and document electronic file accordingly.
- Work with sales professionals to review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis.
- Utilize the agency management systems in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all pertinent information.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 or more years' experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager and hold a valid P&C license (preferred).
- Aggressive individual and the ability to grow a generalist book of business.
- Non-emergency medical transport experience (Preferred).
- Knowledge of insurance coverages and an ability to communicate this clearly to clients and underwriters.
- Keeps informed regarding industry information, and new product information.
- Strong organizational, time management, critical thinker and decision-making skills.
- Able to work under pressure and time constraints in a fast-paced environment with significant telephone and personal interruptions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Applied Epic experienced preferred.
- This is a hybrid position in our Green Bay, WI office.
