Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at Robertson's Ready Mix. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring our fleet operates efficiently to support our operations across Southern California.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and lubrication services on company vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues and recommend repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle problems effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in training junior technicians on best practices for vehicle maintenance.
- Manage inventory of lubricants, filters, and other supplies needed for servicing vehicles.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lube Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Ability to operate power tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various conditions.
