Summary

As a Plant Operator at Robertson's Ready Mix, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the efficient production of ready-mixed concrete. This role is vital to our mission of delivering quality materials to our customers while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor concrete batching equipment to ensure optimal production levels.
• Maintain accurate records of production quantities and material usage.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for all products produced.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or plant operation role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in a plant environment.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and batching equipment effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
