What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Injury Paralegal position at Robes Law Group, PLLC?
We are seeking a proactive, skilled and motivated Paralegal/Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years personal injury experience for our pre-suit team.
You will be responsible for pre-suit files from inception to conclusion while supported by assigned staff and mentored by onsite, accessible attorneys.

$2,500.00 bonus paid upon satisfactory 90-day review.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain review-ready case files
- Gather and analyze intake information and relevant documents
- Enter pertinent information into Attorney Software Program
- Communicate and build a rapport with clients, adjusters, and physicians’ office
- Maintain contact with clients on regular basis
- Explain procedures or forms to clients
- Prepare documents and correspondence
- Prepare medical records request
- Confirm receipt of all medical records, bills & liens for medical expenditure report
- Schedule and calendar all events and tasks for case
- Investigate the accident claims
- Work with the attorney on case strategy
- Prepare file for service of demand
- Assist attorney in preparation of demand
- Coordinate settlement conferences, telephone conferences, global settlement conferences, and any other type of conference or digital meeting
- Prepare settlement statements and all other related settlement tasks
- After settlement is executed, completing closed file tasks

- Proficiency in computer-based technologies including word processing telecommunications, database, and document management

- Ability to work collaboratively within an internal team as well as with outside parties including clients, opposing counsel, experts, medical providers, etc.
- Provide outstanding and empathetic service for our clients
- Ability to handle pressure, interruptions, and multiple projects with frequently changing priorities and deadlines
