POSITION: Commodity Warehouse Driver
REPORTS TO: Director of Child Nutrition Services
SALARY: (GRADE 56: $2,785.12 Monthly – Starting Salary)
DEADLINE DATE FOR RECEIVING APPLICATIONS: February 7, 2025
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma.
- A Valid North Carolina Commercial Driver’s License is required.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Ability to transport food, equipment and supplies to and from schools.
- Ability to maintain the warehouse in an orderly manner.
- Ability to maintain freezers, refrigerators and warehouse cooling systems in proper working order.
- Ability to maintain an accurate up-to-date record of deliveries and consignments to and from schools.
- Ability to assist in maintaining warehouse inventory.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Ability to assist with other duties as assigned by the Child Nutrition Director.
