Example of Duties
- Employees in this position will provide Postpartum / Newborn Home visit assessments.
- This position requires substantial specialized nursing skills to assess the physical, emotional and socioeconomic status of the family;
- Use the assessment to guide interventions and / or referrals.
- This position requires 60 home visits per month, an average of 3 visits per workday.
- Must be a self-motivated nurse with time management skills.
- Applicant must have excellent communication skills to work with the residents of Robeson County and coordinate referrals from Southeastern Health.
