Essential Job Functions:
- Meet with clients in concert with principal and singularly for in-home consultations
- Measure client homes and input into AutoCAD
- Support architectural design team with drawings for interior architecture
- Create floor plans, elevations, sketches, renderings, presentation boards and any additional graphics for presentations
- Create schedules for all projects
- Research and assist in coordination of colors, finishes, fabrics, hardware
- Visit vendors for product source
- Input information into Design Manager software for proposal and track all products through to installation
- Project manage and schedule subcontractors
- Track and allocate all hours worked on client projects and present to Office Manager / Bookkeeper at the end of every calendar month for client billing: all hours to be accounted for and assigned to client
- Provide outstanding customer service including responding to phone calls & emails
- Support and assist staff in communicating with company clients, vendors, bookkeepers and employees
- Assist in the organization of the office and filing system, computer files, client and vendor database
- Assist in organizing and maintaining fabric library as needed
Requirements:
- Full-time in person in our Lexington, MA studio
- Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and execute assigned tasks
- Fluent in AutoCAD
- 2-5 years of design experience with construction supervision and understanding of residential construction

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
