Child Care Worker

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children of various ages
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive and supportive team environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols

Experience:
- Previous experience in toddler care, nannying, or classroom management is preferred
- Experience working with students or children in an educational or caregiving setting is a plus
- Familiarity with infant care practices is beneficial
- Knowledge of daycare regulations and requirements is desirable

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
