Robinhood is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to lead all aspects of creative operations across marketing, production, and creative workflows. This role ensures that all creative resourcing, hiring, budgets, and timelines are on track to keep departments running efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing ops, production, and creative to ensure the right creative resources are available to support the roadmap; track resourcing allocations and make optimization recommendations to increase output.
- Lead and manage the process for onboarding and offboarding freelance creatives and proactively solving for creative needs and resourcing gaps.
- Oversee intake and project setup of all briefs in Wrike, our project management tool, and ensure that the project management system is up to date with resourcing and schedule changes.
- Partner with production, creative, and marketing ops to open and track budget line-items and tasks.
- Lead the process to onboard a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for global distribution and archiving.
Requirements:
- You have proven experience in managing complex projects and workflows within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment creative agency.
- Communicator: Strong communication skills to streamline interactions across multiple departments.
- Process-Minded: You know how to self-teach new programs, apps, workflows, and standard processes.
- Proactive: Ability to look ahead and plan strategies to manage workload effectively.
- Able to communicate effectively on an ego-free, collaborative cross-functional team.
