About the team role
The Regulatory Reporting Team's mission is to demonstrate compliance with key regulatory reporting obligations by ensuring timely, complete, and accurate reporting, as well as, mitigating regulatory risk by facilitating the early identification of potential reporting issues.

What you'll do
- Analyze, process, and submit requisite regulatory data for various reporting requirements that include but are not limited to CAT/CAIS, EBS, LTID, Short Interest, and TRF/ORF
- Participate in discussions with regulators, compliance, and industry members
- Assist in the writing and revision of procedures to maintain current versions and develop new materials
- Review and validate data to identify errors and certify the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the information reported
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows, resolve issues, and examine regulatory impact(s)
What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Series 7 License; Series 24 License preferred but not required
- 5-7 years of brokerage operations or compliance experience with an emphasis in regulatory reporting
- Diligent with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and meet required deadlines
- Self-motivated contributor with a strong sense of accountability
- Strives for accuracy and attention to detail
- Adept at establishing priorities when presented with competing demands
