About the team role
We are seeking an outstanding Visual Designer / Art Director to lead the creative charge for our Social-First Creative Pillar. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end creative process, driving innovative, high-impact designs that define our brand presence across social platforms. Your extensive knowledge of social media, combined with a proven ability to appreciate design, will improve our storytelling and establish us as a leader in visual communication.
This is a role for a strategic problem solver who can balance ambitious creativity with business objectives, bringing innovative ideas to life in ways that engage, encourage, and perform.

What you’ll do
- Craft and implement : an engaging visual direction for social-first campaigns on multiple platforms, ensuring all content aligns with the brand and achieves desired outcomes.
- Concept to Implementation : Own the creative process from ideation to delivery, producing world-class assets that set the standard for social content.
- Trend Leadership : Stay ahead of the curve on social trends, ensuring our creative remains fresh, relevant, and industry-leading.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with teams across marketing, copy, and strategy to deliver cohesive, visually striking campaigns.
- Data-Driven Design : Apply performance insights to improve creative strategies and achieve maximum impact and engagement.
- Brand Stewardship : Maintain brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of creative expression.
- Asset Production : Design a broad range of assets (still images, GIFs, short videos) that are optimized for social media and drive engagement.
- Innovation & Experimentation : Lead the charge on exploring new formats, tools, and creative approaches to enhance our social-first content strategy.
