What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Engagement Manager position at ROBINS FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION?
What You’ll Do:
Member Engagement Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the Member Engagement team, ensuring accurate reporting, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvements.
- Guide and mentor team members in the execution of digital content initiatives, providing expertise and
- support as needed, while also setting clear goals and expectations for the member engagement team.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Member Relationship Management & Retention
- Foster strong relationships with members through proactive communication, outreach, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and analyze member feedback from surveys (NPS, OSAT), focus groups, online reviews, and direct member interactions to improve service quality and accessibility.
- Drive initiatives to enhance member retention, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
Data Analysis, Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Oversee the tracking of member behaviors and trends, providing strategic recommendations for improving engagement and organizational growth.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on member satisfaction, engagement metrics, and actionable insights.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously refine engagement initiatives based on member and staff input.
Project & Platform Management
- Lead special projects related to member engagement, ensuring successful development, testing, and execution.
- Oversee the administration of survey platforms and Lobby Management tools, optimizing system functionality and user access.
- Support additional Member Engagement functions as needed to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
Continuous Improvement & Industry Best Practices
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in member engagement, applying insights to enhance strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative initiatives to elevate the overall member experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement initiatives aligned with the credit union’s mission.
