What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payment Services Processor position at ROBINS FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION?
What You’ll Do:
- Process and balance the daily share draft files (including corporate checks), returned check deposits, and related cash letter adjustments.
- Review Large Dollar Return Item Notifications placing appropriate holds, monitoring for fraud, and identifying high risk activity.
- Process all deposit additions, domestic, and foreign collection items.
- Oversee member share draft orders and reconcile weekly invoices.
- Investigate member research requests, making necessary account and Federal Reserve adjustments.
- Post and balance mail payments/deposits and remit via branch capture to create electronic cash letter.
- Assist with other Payment Services functions as needed.
- Complete special projects as assigned by AVP of Payment Services.
- Deliver high level of quality service (both internally and externally), including timely and professional responses.
- Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy.
