What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller position at ROBINS FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION?
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for meeting the needs of Robins Financials membership by conducting transactions and inquiries on their accounts in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner while educating members about additional products and services.
- Conducts all member transactions in an efficient and accurate manner, while complying with established policies and procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations.
- Reconciles cash and negotiable items to meet established balancing procedures.
- Ensures WOW Member Experience standards are achieved by promoting a positive member service culture.
- Ensures that additional products and services are provided to members to meet or exceed cross-sell goals and increase member product penetration.
- Maintains member confidence and protects credit union operations by achieving and continuing to develop knowledge of all products and services offered by the credit union.
- Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy.
