Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including backhoes, front loaders, and forklifts to assist in digging and moving materials.
- Utilize pipe lasers for precise alignment and grading during pipeline installations.
- Perform utility locating to identify existing underground utilities before excavation.
- Ensure all tasks are completed plumb and level, adhering to project specifications.
- Assist in welding operations as needed for pipeline connections or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to dig trenches, lay pipes, and complete other construction tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in crew member roles or similar positions within the construction or utility sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including backhoe operation and loader operation.
- Ability to effectively use pipe lasers for accurate measurements.
- Knowledge of pipeline installation processes is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety practices related to construction work.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on the job site location.
