We are currently seeking to add a full time Front Desk Receptionist to our integrated rehabilitation group in Spring Hill, FL. If you are enthusiastic, enjoy helping others, and working with a team committed to excellent patient care, then our clinic is the place for you.
Position Requirements:
* 2 years of chiropractic or physical therapy front desk experience preferred; 1 year of medical front office experience required.
* Friendly ability to greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, complete all functions of check in and check out, maintain clean and stocked work space and patient areas, request authorizations and information from outside offices.
* Responsible for verifying insurance, collecting payments, and end of day balance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Follow all HIPAA guidelines
* Skilled with medical EHR and all office equipment
* Able to perform well in a busy clinic atmosphere
* Ability to cross train and assist where needed
Clinic Hours: Mon and Weds: 8am-6pm Tues and Thurs 9am-7pm. Friday 9-1pm
