Commercial Construction Work

Reputable construction company is seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, reliable candidate with an excellent attitude for commercial construction.

Candidate should be willing to learn and work in all aspects of commercial construction as needed.

Work includes, but is not limited to new construction, repair/remodel, concrete, building structures and framework (erect steel structures, welding, wall framing, setting trusses, metal/shingle roofs, metal siding, eaves, trim, etc.), and demo.

Requirements for candidate.

• Be organized, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Have working knowledge of a variety of equipment and materials.
• Have ability to prioritize assignments and determine efficient work procedures and techniques to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Be able to produce quality work consistently.
• Have physical ability to move, lift and carry heavy tools and materials.
• Be willing to submit to a background check.
• Required take and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen.
• Required: VALID DRIVER'S License (no exceptions)
• Experience is not required, although preferred. Preference will be given to those with experience in concrete, steel erection, carpentry.
