A full range of professional accounting, auditing, fiscal planning, consulting and tax services is also offered. RFC has offices in Charlottesville, Blacksburg, Richmond, Fredericksburg and Staunton.

- Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
- Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
