RFC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Construction Warehouse Team Member to join our team at our new 28,000 s/f facility. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, to move materials and products safely.
• Perform material handling tasks including loading and unloading job materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse shipping & receiving environment with job pack out experience & inventory management.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, quality control, and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of material handling techniques is beneficial.
• Ability to multi-task and work well with deadlines.
• Class E license
• OSHA 10

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
