Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
- Assemble and package food orders, including necessary condiments and utensils.
- Prepare beverages, including brewing tea and stirring lemonade.
- Assist customers by delivering food to tables or cars.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and beverage stations.
- Prepare and serve drinks, ice cream, and other specialty beverages.
- Take and repeat back orders at the register for accuracy.
- Manage drive-thru orders and payments.
- Replenish supplies such as sauces, cups, and napkins.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including wiping surfaces and sweeping.
- Take and deliver orders outside for drive-thru customers.
- Lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous restaurant experience is a plus. Must be at least 14 years of age.
- Skills: Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work in a team.
- Attributes: Reliable, organized, responsible, and customer service-focused.
- Attitude: Positive and committed to maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high service standards.
- Punctuality: Must be reliable and able to consistently meet shift start times.
