Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity
- Greeting Clients and scheduling appointments
- Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for various tasks
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Maintain and organize files and records
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
