Robinson Hill Architecture, Inc., is seeking an experienced Job Captain with 2-5 years of proven experience working with Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Commercial projects, in the field of Architecture. The ideal candidate will excel in developing construction documents, operative knowledge of Building ADA codes, present creative design ability and ethic, reinforced by articulate construction technical drawing skills.
Preferred Candidate Requirements:
•2- 5 years experience relevant to commercial projects
• Advanced Sketch-Up, 3D Rendering, Revit, and AutoCAD abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Synchronizes with the team to meet Code and Zoning requirements
• Versed with California Building Codes and Title 24 Code Compliance
• ADA Code knowledge with the ability to complete ADA Survey
• Industry practice of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures
• Capable of preparing full furniture and finish specifications
• Able to communicate effectively with clients consultants
• Aptitude to learn new concepts quickly and accept new challenges
• Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment
• Dexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics
• High level of organization and attention to detail
