Robinson Innovations is hiring for multiple general production labor positions throughout a major tire manufacturing plant. We are looking for outstanding and motivated employees to join our team! We offer biweekly pay, Health Insurance, and guaranteed FULL-TIME pay for working only 14 days per month. Pay Range: $14 to $18
Requirements:
- Must submit to and pass a Federal Background Check and Drug Test.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts(days and nights).7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am. Including some weekends.
- Must have reliable daily transportation to the Plant in Lawton OK. (NO tolerance for transportation excuses.)
- The candidate must be able to stand/walk 90% of the workday. Walking/standing on concrete throughout 12 hr. shift.
- Set high goals and accept responsibility.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any production issues.
- Reliable, respectful, and able to deliver results and meet production demands.
- Able to perform physical work in a plant environment (not climate-controlled). All positions require constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Read and understand English.
- Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
- Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
- Ability to perform repetitive work and work in a Fast-Paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. Frequently!
- GOOD ATTENDANCE A MUST to meet production needs.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. You must have Steel-Toed shoes on the first day of orientation.
