POSITIONS THROUGHOUT A MAJOR PRODUCTION PLANT IN LAWTON, OKLAHOMA.

Robinson Innovations is hiring for numerous Green Tire Sorter positions in Lawton, OK. This job requires employees to load various-sized tires. Loading of these tires is in a fast-paced production plant environment. This is a VERY PHYSICAL position. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more repetitively through a 12-hour shift. The position requires lots of walking and long hours on your feet. The position also requires lifting and carrying products weighing 20 - 60 pounds, repeatedly during a rotating 12-hour work period (you will work both days and nights). Essential Functions of This Role:

• The candidate must be able to stand and walk 95% of the workday. That means standing and walking on concrete for long periods (the entire 12-hour shift) and performing demanding physical labor.
• Sorting tires by color-coded stripes called T.I.C. codes. Arranging them on shelving units.
• Tires are spaced evenly and level on shelves. Candidates are checking tires for foreign material and no overhangs.
• Reliable, respectful, and able to deliver results and meet production demands.
• Must assist in hand spraying for paint booth cleaning or mechanical problems.
• Able to perform physical work in a plant environment (not climate-controlled). All positions require constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching above the head.
• Must be able to follow directions, have a good working attitude, and understand/follow all safety practices.
• Maintain facility equipment and materials in a neat, clean fashion, sort lines must be kept clean of debris.
• Commitment to quality and safety.
• Utilizing proper time management skills to ensure work is being performed to meet established productivity standards. You must have the ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance.

Requirements:

• PPE is to be worn at all times when in the Plant. (Steel-Toed shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses). Must have steel-toed shoes by the first day.
• Required to lift 50 pounds; repetitive work.
• All candidates must sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility. Exposure to plant elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils.
• Must be able to do a physical labor job for 12- hour shifts.
• Must be able to work independently completing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must have the ability to be a trainable and accountable worker.
• Must be able to work in a high production environment.
• Good attendance and punctuality are a MUST to meet production needs.
• Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
• Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
• Some computer skills.
• Ability to memorize color-coded TIC codes.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts( both days and nights), 7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am. Must be able to work every other weekend and overtime as required.
• Must submit to and pass a Federal Background Check and Drug Test.
