ROBINSON INNOVATIONS IS HIRING FOR A Maintenance Tech LEVEL 1, IN A MAJOR MANUFACTURING PLANT LOCATED IN LAWTON OKLAHOMA.
Must have reliable daily transportation to work in West Lawton—No excuses for transportation issues.
Starting wage: $18
Pay Range: $18-$26

Requirements:
- Innovative problem solver with the ability to diagnose and perform a repair on fatigue metal and pipes as needed.
- Ability to communicate professionally.
- Must have strong mechanical, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge in upkeep and repair of various equipment and motors; must be mechanically inclined.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Plumbing experience is required.
- Bonus if the candidate has some welding experience.
- Ability to work in a team and independent environment.
- Must submit to and pass a Federal Background Check and Drug Screen.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts(days and nights).7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am. Including some weekends.
- Must have reliable daily transportation to the Lawton Plant. (NO tolerance for transportation excuses.)
- Standing/walking on concrete all day is required.
- Set high goals and accept responsibility. Reliable, respectful, and able to deliver results and meet production demands.
- Able to perform physical work in a plant environment (not climate-controlled). All positions require constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Read and understand English.
- Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
- Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations.
- Ability to perform repetitive work and work in a FAST-Paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more. Frequently!
- GOOD ATTENDANCE A MUST to meet production needs.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. ( You must have steel-toed shoes and wear them on the first day.)

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to interpret schematics and diagnose issues.
- Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers and welding equipment as needed.
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and enhance overall facility operations.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
