Duties
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with project teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking and documentation.
- Oversee project estimating processes to ensure accurate cost assessments.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to review schematics and design plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Provide guidance and support in project coordination activities to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and other construction management software tools.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
